VstStudioMix is heavily based on the studiomixmap program of Wayne Legro. But more flexible because each controller (slider, rotary and button) can be configured to operate on it's own midi channel.

The buttons and can send CC or Note On-Off messages. They can also be toggled on or off (white CC or N = toggle on; black CC or N = toggle off).

The rotaries and the sliders can only send midi CC messages.

The Outer and Inner Jogs are linked on the same midi channel and on sending CC or Note On-Off messages. Their functionaly is a exact copy of that of StudioMixMap.
