Software Description

Rip, Mix, Play & Burn CD+G media! In the Lite version, you can now rip (import), mix (make playlists) and play (from CD or from your hard drive), sort or search your library by name, artist or album, create custom playlists, show the graphics full screen on a second monitor or TV, change the pitch and tempo independently. Export the currently showing play list to an XML file (for integration with a web or database application), or copy the list to the clipboard (to paste into eg: Excel for printing song books). Export to your Video iPod too! The Burning plugin lets you burn CD+G discs! The Pro version also allows individual singers to manage their favorites, history and their "tonight" que, and builds the Rotation smart playlist from the singers marked as "here", and lets you manage multiple Venues, each with it's own set of Singers

CD+G Ripping

I am currently using a dual disk karaoke player
but want to play my music from my computer.
I have a G4 Powerbook that I bought new in about
2004. My computer will not read cd+g disks. It will only play the music through iTunes. No graphics will show. How do I get my music from the cd to an external hard drive that will play the music. Is this possible? If so, I would like to possibly purchase
your software. Kjams pro. Please advise.

Questions about importable files and updates

(Originally posted 20:45:35 3/11/06)

Hi Dave,

First of all by spending the 110 for Pro, will I get the updates free or will I have to pay more? Second my Uncle and myself are partners in a karaoke company and I have a mac Powerbook g4 laptop. My uncle is running his on a PC desktop and external drives. I believe he is using winzip files and they get unzipped to use and then zipped back up. I want to import these files onto a external and then use them on my mac. Can your program accomplish this? Also, when you import, do you have to import into both itunes first and then into ktunes? Also, on the demo I noticed that when you pressed buttons they would move around and do wierd things. Does this happen on the registered version? If you could answer this as soon as possible, so I can know if your program will work for me.

Burner

Can't wait for the completion of the program to include being able to burn our own CD+G's. Any idea when it will be available?

Thanks,
Linda

Re: Burner

I have all I need now to do burning. It could be 6 months. Sooner if all goes well, later if not.
