No questions asked. Take 30 days after shipping your order to make sure you are satisfied. If not, return any product and they will refund its purchase price. They also refund shipping costs if (and only if) the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Bank card purchases will be refunded by bank card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original packing complete with warranty card and owner's manual, and be in original unused condition. Products such as software that are manufacturer-sealed in plastic shrink-wrap must be unopened.
