Products marked "Ships in 24 hours" are normally here at our warehouse when you place your order. Products with longer "ships-in" estimates come to us from suppliers located elsewhere. Each "ships-in" estimate reflects our experience with how long it normally takes for that product to arrive at our warehouse after you place your order. Add this "ships-in" estimate to the delivery time you select to estimate the total time it will take you to get your order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order

Some products get to Sheet Music Plus from suppliers located elsewhere, so different products take different amounts of time before we can ship them from our warehouse. Therefore each product description in the Sheet Music Plus catalog includes a "Ships-in" estimate. To determine how long it will take for your package to arrive at your door, take the LATEST "ships-in" estimate and add it to the delivery time you select.

For example, if you order a product marked "Ships in 3 to 5 business days" and select 2 to 3 business day delivery, the estimated total time to receive your package will be:

3 to 5 business days ("ships-in") + 2 to 3 business days (delivery) = 5 to 8 business days.

Shipments outside the USA can also be delayed if held by your country's customs or import tax system or if final delivery is made by your country's postal system. All shipments using USPS delivery (United States Postal Service) are handed off to your country's postal system for final delivery.

What Happens To Orders With Unequal "Ships-In" Estimates

Some products come to us from suppliers located elsewhere, so different products take different amounts of time before we can ship them from our warehouse. Therefore each product description in our catalog includes a "ships-in" estimate.

To give you the lowest shipping cost, we ship all products from each order in a single package. Therefore, your ENTIRE order will leave our warehouse in a single package when the product with the LATEST "ships-in" estimate is available. For instance, an order that combines a "Ships in 24 hours" product with a "Ships in 3 to 5 business days" product will be shipped in one package 3 to 5 business days AFTER the order is placed on our website.

You can have products with faster "ships-in" estimates sent to you separately (and sooner) by entering different orders for them. For example, make one complete order for products whose "ships-in" estimates are sooner. Then, after completing that order, return to shopping and make an entirely separate order for products whose "ships-in" estimates are later. We will ship the products in the first order in one package as soon as they are all available, and will ship the products in the second order later in a separate package as soon as they are all available. You can completely control when we ship products by entering two or more separate orders this way.

If Part Of An Order Is Delayed

Occasionally we are notified by suppliers after an order is made that certain products are manufacturer back-ordered, temporarily out-of-print, not yet released, or discontinued. We will inform you by E-mail or on the invoice with your package if any products are cancelled or back-ordered.

If a product in your order is no longer available, that product is automatically cancelled, with the remaining products shipped on schedule. Credit cards will only be charged for shipped products and shipping charges will be reduced if a cancellation makes this appropriate. Orders paid for by check or money order will receive check refunds.

If a product in your order is temporarily unavailable, that product is automatically put on back-order for later shipment, with the remaining products shipped on schedule. Credit card orders will not be charged for the back-ordered product until that product is shipped. There is no extra shipping charge for additional shipments due to back-ordered products.

AIRBORNE EXPRESS delivery usually takes one business day to reach you AFTER leaving our warehouse. The latest ships-in estimate for products in an order increase this delivery time. Airborne Express does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
