| I am looking for someone to show me how to manipulate a recording to "prove" the ease with which an expert can manipulate a recording and hence stop a criminial from using a so called recording of his victim- as evidence that he did no commit crime -on a court case. This criminal has already used a recording to have a case agaist him dismissed. Please help me put a stop to this criminal. I am dealing with an ignorant judge in a small hick town and a savvy criminal who has so far been able to get away with SSSSSoooo much. |

| Are there any professional recording studios in your area? I'd try and speak with somebody there. |

First of all, in order to prove (legally) the person in question has been tampering with recordings, you must have tangible evidence of a recording that THAT PERSON has tampered with. Simply demonstrating that Joe Anybody can do it will do nothing for you in a court of law. If you can obtain or have obtained evidence of said persons actions, answer the following questions...
1. What format is the recording on?
2. Do you have a copy of the recording, or is it in court posession?
3. Can you mail/email the recording to Colorado.
4. Can you prove that you are not the criminal of which you speak, who is simply looking to stay ahead of the audio forensics game?
5. Can you send an email to spamaccount3[ at ]lycos[ dot ]com with the answers to these questions?

Let's hear more of the manipulation, I don't care if your a crook or not:)
When you say "manipulation" precisely to what do you refer?
Also, most of these manipulations that have been done to save a crooks ass in court were done on many different platforms under various software. Was it a MAC or Windows or even a Unix based system? Did they use Sonar, Protools or Garageband?
You tell me what the manipulations are and I can tell ya how to do them. |

In order for any criminal to manipulate a recording, they would first need to have access to the original material.
1. Do you have the origianal material?
2. Can you prove that the criminal had access to this material.
3. Can you show the court how the original material was manipulated by the criminal to achieve his "evidence"
I understand that it is point 3 that you need help with, but without being able to prove points 1 & 2, you will have no case.

This needs much more clarification before anyone can follow up on this.
- A copy of the forged recording would help, or at least a partial sample.
- A description of the intent of the forgery.
To prove your case in court you will need evidence, not just the fact that it is possible to create a forged recording.
CASE #, court of record? |
