You don't need a band to record a demo.
As you can play keyboards and piano you can record the entire backing music yourself using a MIDI connection from your keyboard/synth to your computer.
You'll find the kind of software you need at http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/cat/PRODUCTION_SUITE/
A quick way to record a song is to use a program to write arrangements for you - then you export the MIDI files and enhance them yourself and record extra parts over the top. My favorite program for automatic arrangements is Band In A Box
Let us know if you need any more help. |
