i just purchased software online to convert mp3's and waves to midi
it is called TS-AudioToMIDI
anyhow, i bought it and it seems almost impossible to get tech support from them.
i followed the help file provided with the product and am having trouble. when i open the audio file selected for conversion, after completing the steps to do this and play back the completed midi file, it results in nothing except a garbled piano track.
i have checked and rechecked my steps and the same problem keeps occurring.
can anyone help?
thanks

If that were me I think I would have to consider it a lesson learned. Try it before you buy it.
I looked into files-to-midi software a few years ago. Voice to midi, something like that, but it was less then acceptable. It couldn't(didn't) do one instrument and now this product claims to do polyphonic music (having many tones or voices).
